I was 46 when I first discovered a natural therapy call kinesiology and it changed my life, my health and the health of my family. I embarked on a career change by studying to become a therapist so I could help others and in April 2006 I opened my natural therapy clinic, Kinique.
The origins of this book come from the explanations I give to my clients about stress management and why it is so important to their health and wellness journey.
I looked for a simple and easy to follow book on the subject of stress management and I didn't find one, so I wrote my own. Many of clients failed to understand that they were stressed, many would comment they were just busy people. However, I saw on a daily basis the effect that stress was having on their health and wellness.
